Our house is conveniently located. The city can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.

The most beautiful lake in the world! A paradise piece of earth. With the ship you go on the emerald green colored water to the landmark of the Königssee, St. Bartholomä. If you continue one stop, you will reach the Obersee and from there on foot to the highest waterfall in Germany, the Röthbachfall (470 meters high).

A historical viewpoint! Completed in 1938 as a representative building by the NSDAP, it now serves as a restaurant. With the unique view over the Berchtesgaden mountains and the area around Salzburg, this place is also intended as a memorial to commemorate the abysses of the inhuman Nazi dictatorship.

The largest natural pool in Germany! A great place for the whole family. In addition to the 4200m ² water surface, the bath has a bathing beach with a stream, diving rocks, pirate island with suspension bridge, as well as spacious meadow and wooden lying areas with panoramic views.

The nature reserve (approx. 21,000 hectares) is an untouched patch of nature in which humans do not intervene. Interesting runs at altitudes between 600 and 1,874 meters above sea level attract skiers to Berchtesgaden. Ideal conditions for a family ski vacation, but also for beginners and professionals.
