Throughout the house free Wi-Fi connection is available. The regional bus service can be used free of charge if you have a guest card.

Booking and cancellation policy
The prices are per night and apartment and includes VAT, bed lines, towels, heating, electricity, water, heating costs and final cleaning. Free parking at house.
The house Alpenvilla Berchtesgaden Appartements is a non-smoking house and ideal for allergy sufferers (real wood parquet/tiles). No pets allowed.
The price is valid from January 1st. 2023. We reserve the right to adapt the price list to changed service offers. For new bookings, the current price list applies.
In case of withdrawal from a reservation a cancellation fee is to be paid, this will be a percentage of the original price agreed.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, no costs will be charged.
For short-term cancellations, please note the following:
From the 13th to 10th day before the arrival day, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
From the 9th day before arrival and in case of no show, 70% of the reservation amount will be charged.
We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance!
